All payments made are generally non-refundable. However, in exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. If a session is cancelled by us, an alternative session or full refund will be provided. For any concerns, please contact us via email. For refund, following criteria must be met:
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase
- No refunds will be provided once course material has been accessed
- Processing time for refunds: 5–7 working days
